Als je net zo’n nieuwsjunk bent als ik, kijk dan uit met de Gulf War Drinking Game:

• bush mispronounces the word ‘nuclear’, finish your drink if its referring to a bomb that has gone off
• Bush quotes scripture, x2 Saddam quotes the koran

Zo’n spelletje is natuurlijk alleen maar leuk en lollig als je de feiten een beetje op een rijtje hebt. Je kunt je afvragen of weersvoorspellingen in Baghdad feitelijk genoeg zijn? Maar dat geldt in principe voor alle voorspellingen. Feitelijker is Iraq Body Count, dat continu inventariseert hoeveel doden er in deze oorlog reeds gevallen zijn. Omdat de Amerikanen het zelf niet doen.
